FREE Software Technical Support with qualifying software purchase
FREE Software Technical Support via telephone and email, with the purchase of any qualifying software product. This includes installation and configuration issues, from date of the first incident.

Annual Telephone Software Technical Support
Our Annual Software Technical Support, outside of a qualifying software purchase, is an annual, telephone and email based package, that affords your company access to our Technical Support staff for qualifying products.

Hourly and/or On-Site Software Technical Support
We continue to offer On-Site Software Technical Support by way of an hourly fee.  Please contact us for details.

While not every technical issue is resolvable, we will try to resolve initial issues within a couple of hours. Some on-going issues may take more time, but every effort is made to resolve the problem in the timeliest manner possible.

Technical Support is available on the most recent and the two most recent prior versions.
